Facilities operations Coordinator

This Operations Coordinator opportunity in the Facilities Department at Mason Health is responsible for supporting and strengthening the organization's emergency preparedness, security, and operational readiness programs. Working with a high degree of independence, this role coordinates emergency management planning, regulatory readiness, business continuity initiatives, drills and exercises, and security preparedness activities while serving as a key liaison across departments and with external response partners.

The position focuses on improving organizational resilience by managing preparedness projects, supporting accreditation and compliance efforts, coordinating emergency response training and exercises, maintaining emergency plans and documentation, and fostering collaboration throughout the organization. The ideal candidate has a background in emergency management, healthcare preparedness, law enforcement, public safety, or a related field, with strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
